New UPDATES: See important schedule changes below... Rhythms is proud to welcome Fran Steinert as the Director of its Children Dance School. Class Cancellations: Salsa friday 7:15-8:30pm is cancelled during August and will resume Friday September 12. Shake Your Soul- Wednesday 10:00-11:00am will be cancelled August 20. Schedule Changes: Entire Month of August Afro-Caribbean classes will be replaced by the West African dance every Saturday of the month of August at 12:15 p.m. Partner Yoga on Thursday morning 9:15am is now replaced by a Vinyasa Flow with Jane Ciepiela.
